Single Leg Stance Training

Most daily movement is performed walking on one leg. Every step we take is a single leg stance. At philosofit we address single leg performance through functional exercises and stability stretches. Single leg stance training leads to better movement, injury prevention, and a balance in lower body muscle groups that improves walking/running patterns.
