From the privacy of your home our classical pilates program is now exclusively available in a virtual format.
The goal of classical pilates is a strong core, long lean muscles, and increased flexibility.
The Pilates system offers a completely integrated workout experience. We work with you to strengthen and stretch at your own individualized level, using all three traditional branches of Pilates training: Reformer, Mat, and Tower. The postural nature of this method focuses primarily on the abdominal core, working to build strength and stability through movement.
Pilates is based on six essential principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. There is a heightened emphasis on technique and control, to make sure that your body creates intelligent pathways and maintains healthy structural qualities while building muscular strength. Our instructors will ensure you the finest classical Pilates workout that is smart, safe, fun and results driven. Come prepared to move and sweat!
