Through years of experience, he has come to realize that training the body in ‘parts’ neglects to address the interrelated relationships between all body parts and physiological systems. Ari has established himself as an industry leader when developing maximum fitness with minimum wear and tear.
Over his 20-year career Ari’s passion for constant learning has furthered his wisdom and guided him to constantly become better at assessing and screening movement, understanding bodily dysfunction and creating intelligent training programming for his clients.

SUSAN MORAN SHEEHY
She was co-created/owner of Power Pilates 1997-2013. During that time Susan certified over 12,000 instructors worldwide, programed Pilates/Wellness conferences worldwide, as well as produced & directed all Power Pilates online workouts and education programs. Power Pilates grew to include 10 studios in NYC, CA, and Chicago(2 independent Power Pilates studios; 8 Power Pilates studios at Equinox).
Susan is a teacher of teachers, teacher of clients, and loves to work with children. She is always inspired by those she teaches and will forever be a student of movement. Her philosophy being; movement heals and should always bring a smile to your heart and soul!
Keith is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). After earning his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland Keith completed an internship at the prestigious Athletes’ Performance (now EXOS) Center in Arizona where he had the opportunity to work with athletes in the NFL, MLB, NHL, WPGA, and many other sports. He then went on to work as a D1 Strength and Conditioning Coach before returning to the Hampton’s where he grew up and joining the Philosofit team.
Keith’s passion for learning about the human body has pushed him to take countless courses and seminars over the years, some of those include:

Tom fell in love with helping people to achieve their athletic goals as a personal trainer at Equinox Fitness in New York, during which time he also put himself through college with his work as a trainer. His love of training also motivates him to compete in triathlons, including at least one Ironman.
Tom is stoked to be a part of the integrative approach and team at Philosofit.
Marcus’ passion for fitness and physical development began as a collegiate basketball player. He learned the importance of movement in sports, adopted a more functional training method and through training was able to move better. After college, he became interested in coaching and began arranging basketball lessons for the local youth. He is currently the East Hampton Varsity Boys Basketball Assistant Coach. Marcus strongly believes his purpose is to help individuals meet their goals and live more fulfilling lives.
Alissa began her personal training career at Equinox in Brooklyn Heights. She then added yoga and sharing the importance of a mind-body connection. She loves being a supportive and motivating trainer. Alissa is excited to be back home in the Hamptons and a part of the Philosofit team.
As a Philosofit trainer, Dylan’s understanding of functional fitness has deeply evolved giving him even more tools to help his clients to achieve maximum fitness.
